Position: Head of Marketing

Location: North London

Office: Office based (5 days per week)

Salary: £70,000-£80,000

We’re working on behalf of a forward-thinking retailer that’s looking for an experienced and hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team across B2B and B2C markets.

As a Head of Marketing, you will have full ownership of the marketing strategy across both online and in‑store. You will guide a wide variety of marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and online branding to in‑store and POS activations.

What the role entails:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the brand across online and in‑store channels
  • Lead the marketing team to deliver campaigns across digital, social and in‑store
  • Own and oversee the marketing budget while ensuring a strong ROI
  • Collaborate with leadership across the business to ensure smooth activation of marketing initiatives
  • Design and manage multi‑channel campaigns to drive brand recognition
  • Track and analyse market trends and customer behaviour

What you need:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role
  • Leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring a strong team
  • An understanding of retail marketing and instore experience
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to use insights to drive growth
  • A track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and multi‑channel campaign management.
