Project Manager, Business Change

As a Project Manager within the Transformation Office, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects across the Group.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined benefits and transformation priorities.

Operating in a hybrid (Agile and waterfall) delivery environment, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leads, and third-party partners to drive successful and sustainable change outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Ownership• Own delivery of projects from initiation through to completion and handover to BAU• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependenciesFinancial & Commercial Management• Proactively manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis• Provide clear financial reporting to inform sponsor and Group-level decision makingGovernance & Reporting• Operate within established project governance frameworks (PMO / programme structures)• Produce high-quality governance packs, reporting, and steerco updates• Maintain accurate RAID logs and ensure timely escalation of risks and issuesStakeholder & Team Leadership• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, providing clear, concise updates• Coordinate third-party vendors and delivery partners where applicableDelivery Execution• Drive progress, remove blockers, and manage interdependencies• Ensure effective use of project tooling (e.g.
