A5 Recruitment is a well-established Engineering, Manufacturing & Automotive recruitment specialist based in Greater Manchester, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier talent solutions nationwide. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven recruiter with a strong sales background. You'll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process - from winning new business and developing client relationships, to securing retained or exclusive assignments and delivering outstanding placements. Annual Targets vary from £100,000 to £175,000 dep on exp – Year 1 expectations would be between £55,000 & £70,000 Recruitment Consultant - Key Responsibilities * A consistent track record of exceeding sales and billing targets. * Confidence negotiating at senior and executive levels. * Ability to identify growth opportunities and independently manage your client and candidate processes from start to finish. * A positive, driven mindset, with a focus on building lasting partnerships. Recruitment Consultant - Requirements * Proven, consistent success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Ability to identify market growth opportunities and work closely with your Manager to develop them. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive Recruitment Consultant - Benefits & Remuneration Competitive Annual Salary £28k-£35k + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure 25 days + BHs for all staff Birthday off every year Quarterly performance bonuses and monthly sales awards Hybrid working available Working Hours Monday – Friday: 9am - 4pm
