Trainer Assessor -Human Resources (Part-Time)

Reed Further Education are working with a college in Cambridgeshire to recruit a Trainer Assessor in Human Resources to support learners through their apprenticeship programmes.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional or existing assessor looking for a flexible, part-time role within education.

Salary: £11,364 - £14,658 per annum pro rata from £28,000 - £36,000Contract: PermanentHours: Approx. 15 hours per week Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching, training and assessment to HR learnersSupport apprentices through their qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)Manage a caseload and track learner progress against targetsConduct workplace visits and reviews with learners and employersProvide guidance and coaching to support learner development

Requirements:

Experience working within Human Resources or Learning & DevelopmentTAQA / A1 Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)Knowledge of apprenticeships, NVQs or work-based learningStrong communication and organisational skills
