The Role Managing and developing a portfolio of specialty commercial insurance clientsActing as the primary client relationship lead, delivering high-touch, advisory-led serviceDesigning and placing complex insurance programmes within your specialist areaWorking closely with senior stakeholders, insurers, and internal broking teamsIdentifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new business activityContributing to the wider development of the specialty practiceDepending on experience, the role can be weighted towards client management, portfolio growth, or new business origination. About You We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:Proven experience as an Account Executive / Client Executive within the insurance marketStrong technical knowledge in one or more specialty insurance linesExperience handling mid to large corporate / complex risksA consultative, client-first approach with strong relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunitiesACII qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential
