Our client is a growing field sales and marketing company based in Maidstone, representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns across Kent.
They're looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join their subcontracted team as Entry-Level Sales Assistants. No previous sales experience is required. Client training is available from the start, alongside invitations to daily upskilling sessions and practical, on-the-job learning and guidance while working out in the field.
This is a long-term, full-time equivalent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to broaden their experience within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Attributes:
Availability: Full-Time Equivalent availability throughout the working week.
Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
People Skills: Comfortable speaking with members of the public and building rapport.
Experience: No previous sales experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, front-of-house, customer service, waiting staff, call centre or other customer-facing backgrounds may have useful transferable experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales Assistant, you'll represent recognised non-profit campaigns within residential areas across Kent, engaging with customers face-to-face to support customer acquisition. You'll build rapport, explain campaigns clearly and guide interested customers through the sign-up process.
This is a subcontracted opportunity, with earnings through a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), uncapped commission and performance incentives, settled weekly.
