You will be responsible for their newly created Mobile App and influence and shape its future. This role is once a week in London and the rest working from home. Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for their newly created mobile app - you will have the creative freedom to push boundaries of what the app can achieveDefine and prioritise the product backlog to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Define and manage the mobile product roadmap, working closley with other product owners, service designers and marketingWork with the dedicated development 3rd partyPrioritise improvements and developments that deliver value and enable us to continually evolve mobile experience.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on feedback.Facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations in all product developments.Maintain a focus on user needs to enhance the overall product experience.The Successful Applicant Must haves:Background in digital product ownership or digital experience design - with a strong focus on mobile appsProven experience of shaping, launching and scaling mobile appsRegulated Financial Services Background, or Pensions or Public Sector with Governance or Regulated SectorExperience working with Service DesignNice to haves:Hands on experience with analytics, A/B testing and content optimisation tools (Contentsquare, Google Analytics, Kameleoon etc.)Deep understanding of web accessibility standards e.g. WCAG 2.1 AAWhat's on Offer25 days + BHSBirthday and Christmas Eve offOption to buy 10 more holidaysPrivate PensionLife assuranceCritical illness coverYearly pay review and bonusPaid trainingEAP
