Reliability Engineer FMCG Manufacturing Monday – Friday Days Overview - Reliability Engineer A leading FMCG manufacturer is looking to hire a Reliability Engineer at their lead manufacturing site and is ready to speak to people right away. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key part in ensuring peak performance is achieved and maintained on site. Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer Developing and implementing planned maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and prevent failures Applying root cause analysis and advanced fault-finding to improve MTBF and MTTR metrics. Working with other teams and functions on site to drive continuous improvement across the whole engineering department. Supporting the engineering department's strategic vision for energy, equipment and asset care Creating SOPs and sharing engineering knowledge across the wider team Requirements for the Reliability Engineer NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (or time-served apprenticeship) Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within FMCG Experience with PLCs, MMI and SCADA systems Confident working cross-functionally and communicating at all levels If you're interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
