ProgrammeManagerWeneedacatalysttopullthecomponentsofthischangetogetherandhelpoperatethebusinesstomaximisethebenefitstochildrenandfamiliesinthecity,aswellastotheCouncil'sbudget.Therightcandidatewillfillaroleprofilethatwecallaprogrammemanagerandislikelytohavetheskillsandexperiencearisingfromthistypeofbackground,butthisrolealsorequiressomeonewhowillleadandoperatethechangesrequiredtooursystem.WorkingwithServiceDirectors,StrategicDirectorsandCouncillors,youwillhaveexperienceofChildrensServicessothatprofessionalsrespectyouandyouwillhavedemonstratedhowtoleadbigchangesincomplexorganisations.
