Branch Engagement Manager

From £45,000 plus car allowance & commission Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region. Access to a range of retail and leisure discounts Access to a range of wellbeing support and Best Doctors Service Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application Have interpersonal and professional qualities Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) Full UK driving licence. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
