Operations Manager

A highly organised Operations Manager is required on a permanent basis to lead and coordinate operational services across two thriving and welcoming primary school sites. This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to work within a multi school site role offering variety and enabling close collaboration between both primary schools. The position requires strong leadership, HR and administrative management skills, the ability to drive efficiency and ensure compliance protocols are met as well as building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the schools. Experience of operations management within an educational setting, is advantageous but not essential to the role. This role is full time working 37 hours a week 52 weeks of the year - flexible working options during school holidays. A typical day is working 8am to 4pm, though SLT meetings will need to attended after school when taking place. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for driving between sites.
