SEN & Interventions Teaching Assistant Location: Hackney Pay: £110 - £125 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term (continuing into the next academic year) About the Role Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Hackney to appoint an SEN & Interventions Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work both 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs across the school. You will play a key role in identifying where support is most needed across different classes and helping to implement strategies that improve outcomes for pupils. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Delivering targeted interventions across Key Stage 2 Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to identify areas of need Supporting learning across multiple classes where required Promoting engagement, confidence, and progress in pupils with additional needs About the School This Hackney-based primary school is known for its inclusive ethos and strong commitment to supporting every child.
