As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with customers via telephone or electronic communication. - Manage direct customer orders following the internal sales order process meticulously. - Address and resolve general and order-specific customer enquiries promptly and effectively. - Handle return requests efficiently, ensuring all relevant systems are updated in line with company procedures. - Provide support with order status updates and delivery tracking queries. Skills and Experience Required: - Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential. - Order processing experience is essential  - Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.  - A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
