SAP Support Analyst

As an SAP Support Analyst in Manchester, you'll play a key role in keeping technology systems running smoothly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Your day-to-day will involve supporting SAP systems and ensuring they meet business needs efficiently and effectively. Client Details This company operates within the FMCG sector and is based in Manchester. Description Provide technical support for SAP systems to ensure smooth operations. Triage any SAP-related issues or errors. Collaborate with teams to optimise SAP processes and functionality. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements where necessary. Assist in the implementation of SAP updates and new modules. Document system changes and maintain accurate records. Offer training and guidance to users on SAP functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.Profile A successful SAP Support Analyst should have: Experience working with SAP systems in a support or analyst capacity. Experience triaging issues to the right person / department Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. An ability to adapt to a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.Job Offer A salary between £40,000 and £50000 dependent on the level of experience. A permanent position based in Manchester.
