About the role

Head of Marketing – Luxe Division (12 Month FTC)

Build the brand’s long‑term marketing strategy in the UKI and lead the execution of end‑to‑end campaigns in partnership with Trade Activation Team and stakeholders. Mentor and coach your marketing team, driving brand growth and storytelling across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • ANALYSIS & DIAGNOSTIC:
  • Guide my team to work closely with experts across the company (e.g., Category, RGM, Business Growth Partner, Retail & Education, Activation Team, CRM, CMI, Community Manager) and deep dive into business performance and customer data to draw insights.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activities to identify best practices.
  • Understand advocacy landscape.
  • STRATEGY & VISION:
  • Inspire the team to think big and long‑term, rallying everyone toward common goals.
  • Help define the Marketing, Advocacy, Pricing Position, Customer targeting, and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) to drive brand growth through recruitment and loyalty.
  • Build zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Guard the Brand DNA and positioning.
  • Champion Diversity, equity, inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
  • EXECUTION:
  • Define investment strategy and provide budget envelopes for wider teams.
  • Support the A&I team on MIM view forecasting and ROI analysis.
  • Validate media briefs.
  • Validate forecasting of launches.
  • Validate guiding principles to activation teams for forecasting of GWP, samples, and coffrets.
  • Work in partnership with DMI and Zone, communicating local needs and co‑creating future campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Architect: Proven track record of building long‑term marketing and advocacy strategies that drive recruitment and loyalty.
  • Empathetic Leader: Dedicated coach, developing your team and serving as a mentor for the wider marketing community.
  • Analytical Storyteller: "Finger on the pulse" of the market, using data‑driven insights to inspire stakeholders.
  • Executional Expert: In‑depth knowledge of product launch excellence, forecasting, and budget management.
  • DNA Guardian: Voice of the brand, ensuring consistency, executional excellence, and promotion of DEI across all touchpoints.
