Our Junior Sous Chef role

For whiling away easy hours, The Beach Hut is a place to take a break from the surf, breathe deep and surround yourself with good food and great company.

Reporting to our Senior Sous Chef, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently high standards of food preparation and service.

Working closely with our Head Chef and Executive Chef, you'll also cook, prepare and portion dishes, whilst setting a positive example for our wider team.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek, with all the benefits of working for Watergate Bay Hotel. The salary will be discussed at venue, and is offered dependent on experience.
