About the role

Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy. We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included. The Role * Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys * Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual-skilled candidates) * Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties * Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements * Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements For Surveyor positions: * BOHS P402 qualification * Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience For Dual Skilled positions: * BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications * Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties For all applicants: * Full UK driving licence * Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry standards * Strong communication and organisational skills * Flexible approach to travel and occasional out-of-hours work Package * Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience * Company vehicle and fuel card * Pension scheme * 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Ongoing professional development and training * Stable workload with genuine career progression opportunities Locations: North West Positions Available: 4 To apply or find out more, please contact Marble Talent with your CV in confidence
