• Experienced employment lawyer operating at Managing Associate level
• Strong track record in complex advisory and contentious employment matters
• Proven experience on TUPE, restructuring and tribunal litigation
• Business development capabilities and ability to grow client relationships
• Strong commercial mindset and leadership skills
