Senior CNC Programmer

Senior CNC Programmer Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 An opportunity has opened for a Senior CNC Programmer to join a manufacturing company in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have excellent CNC programming experience including 5-axis CNC milling in highly regulated industries. You will also have experience with HyperMILL for the CAD / CAM programming software. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM with overtime available if that’s what you’re looking for. Senior CNC Programmer Key Skills: * Excellent experience in CNC programming * HyperMILL software experience * 5-axis CNC milling process experience * Able to interpret CAD models * Experience in anything like aerospace, automotive or similar would be beneficial * Heidenhain control experience would be a bonus Senior CNC Programmer Responsibilities: * Develop, simulate and send programs using hyperMILL * Interpreting CAD drawings * Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with systems * Verifying programs are in working order * Inspect and quality check components * Working on 5-axis CNC machines If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Senior CNC Programmer, please apply with your latest CV
