Our client, a major player in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Lead Planner with M&E expertise to join their Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that support the transition to a more sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception through to completionManage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projectsProduce and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedulesMonitor progress, identify critical path risks and develop recovery plans where requiredSupport NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, compensation events, and programme impact assessmentsLead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams and stakeholdersDeliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting, and performance analysisChallenge project teams and subcontractors to improve programme certainty and delivery outcomesJob Requirements:Experience within Energy Performance Contracting, decarbonisation, M&E, or building services projectsAdvanced user of Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6Proven experience managing complex construction, engineering, energy, utilities, or infrastructure programmesStrong understanding of critical path analysis, programme risk management, and recovery planningExperience working under NEC3/NEC4 contractsAbility to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive accountabilityStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsDesirable:Project Controls experienceAPM Planning & Scheduling Practitioner or PMI-SP qualificationExperience with Power BI, Earned Value Management (EVM), and performance reportingBenefits:Opportunity to work on projects that support the transition to a more sustainable futureChance to influence delivery, drive programme excellence, and make a tangible impact across our project portfolioSupportive and people-first culture backed by a major groupInclusive values and a collaborative team environmentIf you are an experienced Lead Planner with a drive for sustainability and a background in M&E, we would love to hear from you.
