In this role, you will lead and manage the regional Quantity Surveying function, ensuring the Company's contractual and financial interests are protected while maximising commercial performance across a range of residential, regeneration and partnership housing projects. You will oversee project reporting, forecasts, management accounts, subcontractor management and final accounts while supporting commercial strategy and profitability throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Chief Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Candidates need to live a commutable distance to Bristol and possess a full UK driving licence.
