Are you an experienced Siet Engineer looking for your next career opportunity in the construction and property development sector?
We're working with a growing property development business in Kirkham that is looking to recruit a motivated and site Engineer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical abilities, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality development projects.

??? The Role

Provide engineering support across development and construction projects.
Assist with technical assessments, site investigations and project planning.
INDC
Liaise with consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.
Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical information.
Help identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the development process.
Ensure engineering works comply with relevant regulations, standards and project requirements.
Support the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to completion.

? What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an engineering role, ideally within construction, civil engineering or property development.
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Relevant engineering qualifications or professional experience.
