Curriculum Manager - Construction & Technology
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £47,867 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
The Role
An established Further Education provider is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead its Construction & Technology provision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE leader to drive quality, performance and growth across a successful vocational department. You will manage teaching and support staff, develop curriculum provision, and ensure learners achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Construction & Technology curriculum provision
* Drive student achievement, retention and progression
* Line manage teaching and support staff
* Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
* Develop curriculum plans that meet employer and learner needs
* Manage staffing, resources and budgets effectively
* Build relationships with employers and industry partners
* Promote continuous improvement and curriculum growth
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Further Education leadership or curriculum management
* Strong understanding of quality assurance and curriculum planning
* Previous teaching experience
* Experience leading and developing teams
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Passion for improving learner outcomes
