Manage vendor and distributor deal registrations and special pricing requests with partners including Cisco, Fortinet and Microsoft. ? Work with pre-sales and technical teams to turn solution designs into accurate bills of materials, priced quotes and orders. ? Liaise with provisioning and service delivery to make sure orders are complete, and track them through to delivery. ? Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery dates, and respond to queries promptly and professionally. ? Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support renewals and service contract administration. Requirements Essential ? 1–3 years' experience in a sales support, sales administration, order processing or customer service role, ideally within technology, telecoms, reseller or distribution. ? Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle a high volume of orders without losing accuracy. ? A confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers, colleagues and suppliers by phone and email. ? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. ? A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn – full training provided on our solutions portfolio. Desirable ? Experience working with IT or telecoms distributors, managing back orders and lead times. ? Exposure to a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or vendor tools such as Cisco CCW. ? Previous experience within an MSP, IT reseller or managed services business. What We Offer ? Bupa Cash Plan ? Income Protection ? Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) ? Life Assurance ? Salary sacrifice car scheme ? Home & Tech salary sacrifice scheme ? Gym salary sacrifice scheme ? Cycle2Work ? Your birthday off Equal Opportunities We are an equal opportunities employer.
