Buckingham  Salary                   Up to 50,000 + PackageResidential Developer seeking a highly experienced Technical Coordinator with a strong understand and knowledge within the Residential sector.The company have unrivaled track record of consistent growth creating new build residential developments with both private and affordable housing and are behind some of London’s most unique residential and mixed-use developments.Seeking an individual who is methodical and capable of driving a project through to completion successfully and looking for a new challenge within the residential sector.My client are an award winning Residential Developer who have a strong Design & Technical team that are involved in all aspects of housing design and improvement.Technical ResponsibilitiesExperience of managing and providing guidance and support to refurbishment and new build schemesBe able to lead and manage a teamDegree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationStrong on Health & Safety / CDM RegulationsGood understanding of Planning legislationPersonal Specification & RequirementsHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessKnowledge and experience refurbishment and new build projectsGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or EquivalentEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking to take their next challenge.
