Robert Half Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, acquisitive manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a varied and high-impact role, blending management accounts ownership with genuine business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and influence decision-making.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:
Monthly management accounts & reporting
Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Stakeholder partnering across operations and leadership
Delivering insight to support commercial decisions
Supporting integration of acquisitions
About you:
Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting
Proven experience in a similar Finance business partner / management accountant role
Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
