You will play a key part in bridging the gap between technical development and customer engagement, working across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the sales team Develop proof of concept solutions for new products Troubleshoot and support customers with technical issues Contribute across various stages of the product and customer lifecycle Requirements: Degree (or equivalent international qualification) in a STEM discipline Customer-facing or technical support experience (or a strong interest in moving into this area) Hands-on experience with electronic circuit design and debugging Previous application support experience is desirable Location: Southampton (on-site) Salary: Up to £65,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of its industry, offering variety, technical challenge, and career growth. xwzovoh
