Remote Senior Business Development Executive/ Manager

Contract: Fixed-Term - 8 months (Maternity Cover)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support their UK Corporate division, with a focus on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and M&A. This is a hands-on role working closely with partners and fee earners to deliver strategic BD initiatives, pitch support, and profile-raising campaigns.

• Develop and execute BD plans aligned with practice goals
• Lead pitch management and support pricing proposals
• Drive profile-raising activity across channels and events
• Manage directory submissions and league table processes
• Maintain credentials, marketing collateral, and BD systems
• Collaborate across teams to identify cross-selling opportunities

• 3-5 years' BD experience in professional services (corporate exposure preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident project manager with strategic thinking
• Experience working in a law firm is necessary
