Project Manager Required – Industrial Refurbishment - Leicestershire – Up to £350 Per Day – Immediate Start I am recruiting for the market leader within the Industrial/logistics sector who are looking to assign a Project Manager on a scheme running for 6 months. The Project * 500,000 ft2 Warehouse – 2 Units Main Scope of works * Racking and storage Pallet racking, shelving, protection, load notices * MHE and charging Charger supplies, parking, barriers, ventilation * Mechanical services HVAC, ventilation, water, drainage, BMS * Electrical services Power, lighting, containment, testing * Fire systems Fire alarm, sprinklers, emergency lighting, fire stopping * Offices/welfare CAT A B Fitout Partitions, ceilings, finishes, * Chilled/frozen areas Insulated panels, refrigeration, doors, temperature monitoring Requirements: * SMSTS * CSCS * Experience across large scale Industrial Refurbishment * Local to site (50 Miles) Benefits: * Up to £350 Per Day (CIS Umbrella) * 6 Month Contract
