Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues across support and field teams
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults
  • Support network configuration changes and software upgrades
  • Maintain monitoring tools and network documentation
  • Respond to and manage incidents and outages
  • Ensure stable and reliable network services

Skills/Must Have:

  • CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of IP protocols, routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, Ethernet, and firewalling
  • Experience with vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or Adtran (preferred)
  • Background in telecoms, IT, or NOC environments
  • Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
