The Role

You will lead and manage a regional team of Social Workers and Social Work Assistants, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred service to older people, individuals with disabilities and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, managing and developing the regional team.
• Overseeing caseload allocation, case management and service quality.
• Providing supervision, appraisals, case reviews and practice support.
