This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable hotel kitchen where standards, consistency, and team culture are key, offering stability through an annualised hours contract.   The Role As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
