Job Description Prosecutions Lawyer /n Locum Contract /n Remote working with court attendance /n A well-regarded local authority in the south west region is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their Litigation team on a locum basis. /n This is a remote working role that will require occasional court attendance as needed. /n The successful Prosecutions Lawyer would ideally have previously worked in Local Government and be able to independently deal with a range of criminal matters including education prosecutions, trading standards, blue badge cases amongst other areas. /n This position also requires the candidate to be a Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate. /n We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing.
