Reference: BBBH3925_1792746033UKG Workforce Management ConsultantSalary: Up to 85,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: London or CoventryWorking Pattern: Hybrid (1 to 2 days onsite)Employment Type: PermanentThe Role for the UKG Workforce Management Consultant:A global consultancy is looking for an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant to support a large-scale retail transformation programme, focusing on Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Budgeting.The UKG Workforce Management Consultant will configure, maintain and optimise UKG Pro WFM systems across multiple retail locations, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and Operations teams to improve workforce planning, labour efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities for the UKG Workforce Management Consultant:Configure, maintain and optimise UKG Pro WFM modules, including Advanced Scheduling, Absence and ForecastingManage workforce forecasting, labour budgeting and advanced scheduling across multiple retail locationsSupport timekeeping, shift management, labour tracking and employee lifecycle dataDevelop workforce reports covering staffing levels, labour costs, payroll and operational performanceEnsure workforce processes comply with relevant employment legislation, shift regulations and internal policiesTroubleshoot UKG Pro WFM issues and coordinate with technical support teamsIdentify opportunities to improve workforce planning, system performance and operational efficiencySupport system integrations, upgrades and ongoing process improvementsDeliver system training and support to HR, Payroll, Store Managers and business usersCollaborate with stakeholders to improve workforce productivity and data accuracyEssential Experience for the UKG Workforce Management Consultant:Strong hands on experience with UKG Pro WFM or ADP Workforce ManagerAdvanced Scheduling, Forecasting and workforce budgetingKnowledge of UKG TeleStaffWorkforce management within retail or multi-location environmentsTimekeeping, absence management and labour complianceReporting, analytics and stakeholder managementDesirable Experience for the UKG Workforce Management Consultant:Large scale retail workforce transformationWorkforce analytics and labour cost optimisationUK employment legislation and complianceSystem integrations and process improvementsIf you are interested in the UKG Workforce Management Consultant position, then please apply in the immediate instance.
