Freelance Site Engineer

Elvet Recruitment are on the lookout for a Freelance Earthworks Engineer for a scheme in Teesside for 4 weeks. Main Responsibilities: * Delivery of on-site survey information, including; topographical survey observations and geospatial monitoring observations. * Ensure setting out and quality assurance of the works is completed in accordance with the contract requirements in a timely manner. * Management and instruction of Assistant Engineering Surveyors, including briefing and guidance. * Preparing relevant risk assessments with regards to survey works. * Setting up machine control. Experience Required * Candidates should have proven experience at Site Engineer level on Earthworks projects * Previous use of Machine Control * Ability to present and process data * Minimum qualification of HNC/HND, however a construction related degree is preferred * CSCS, First Aid and Full Driver’s License. * Previous use of Totalstations and Robotic equipment Remuneration On offer is a rate up to £400 per day By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website For more information, contact Jack Vasey at Elvet Recruitment
