The Opportunity You’ll be the technical heartbeat of the project, responsible for all engineering duties on a one‑off, ultra‑luxury residence. This is a flagship scheme with exacting standards, intricate detailing, and a project team that expects excellence. Your work will directly influence the quality, accuracy, and delivery of a home built to the highest specification. Key Responsibilities * Full engineering duties including setting out, surveying, and quality assurance * Working closely with architects, structural engineers, and specialist subcontractors * Reviewing and coordinating design information, including producing and adjusting drawings in AutoCAD * Ensuring technical compliance and maintaining meticulous site records * Supporting the site and project management teams with engineering insight and problem‑solving * Acting as a senior technical point of contact on a complex, high‑value build About You You’re not just a capable engineer — you’re someone who takes pride in delivering work that stands up to scrutiny. Essential: * Strong background as a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer on complex building projects * Confident working with architects, designers, and subcontractors * Proficient in AutoCAD and comfortable managing design‑related queries * Able to lead the engineering function independently Desirable (but not essential): * Experience on super‑prime residential or one‑off luxury homes * Exposure to RC frame construction Location Requirement This role requires you to be based in Jersey.
