Financial Services Administrator

An established and growing financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Wealth Administrator to join their growing team!

You'll work closely with Financial Advisers managing cases, processing new business and helping ensure clients receive an excellent level of service.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in IFA or wealth management administration who can work independently, manage their workload and contribute positively to a busy team.

Key Responsibilities
Processing new business, investments, pension transfers, withdrawals and fund switches.
Liaising with providers and platforms to progress cases.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Supporting annual reviews and preparing information for client meetings.
Monitoring outstanding requirements and managing deadlines.
Working closely with advisers and support colleagues to ensure smooth workflows.
Providing guidance to less experienced team members where appropriate. About You
Previous experience in IFA or wealth management administration.
Good knowledge of pensions, investments and the financial advice process.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We can offer genuine progression to Paraplanner - Advisor
