About The Role
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Bangor showroom later this year, and we're looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. If you're motivated by achieving targets, earning uncapped commission, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience isn't essential; we'll provide industry‑leading training to teach you everything you need to know. This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000. This position requires working every weekend as part of your regular working pattern, with days off during the week.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom, build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
- Create inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
- Recommend additional products, finance and installation services
- Follow up enquiries and maintain an accurate order bank
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
- Has worked in a fast‑paced sales or retail environment
- Is motivated by achieving results and earning commission
- Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Can work flexible shifts, including evenings and every weekend
