Strong stakeholder skills, able to work with business and technology leaders and communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
Experience translating industry best practice and emerging trends in workflow orchestration, automation and AI into practical standards, patterns and adoption guidance, , including assessing new tools and approaches.
Coaching mindset, with experience helping others build capability and guiding the appropriate use of RPA and low-code automation, including transition toward orchestration led, end-to-end workflows.
