What You'll Be Doing
- Sales administration - supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day admin tasks
- Customer communication - answering calls, taking messages, and maintaining strong relationships
- Order processing - raising, confirming, and logging customer orders
- Quote preparation - generating accurate quotations for products and services
- Delivery coordination - tracking direct deliveries and updating customers
- Stock and availability checks - liaising with purchasing and logistics teams
- Cross‑department support - ensuring smooth communication across the business
- Customer service - resolving queries and providing a positive experience
- CRM and data accuracy - maintaining customer records and supporting account activity
