Assistant Hospitality Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Fine-Dining, Hospitality & Events Manager to join the team at this Investment Bank in the City, one of my clients key showcase sites for exceptional fine dining, hospitality and events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, quality and guest experiences in a high-profile corporate environment.

Working alongside the senior management team, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of ateam of approximately 2025 people, overseeing a sophisticated hospitality operation serving around 400 people on site.

The operation focuses exclusively on fine dining, hospitality and events, with multiple meeting rooms, several of which are used for private dining and high-end events.

You will play a key role in ensuring consistently exceptional standards across service, food, events and guest experience, while supporting the senuior managers with administration duties

We are looking for someone with a strong background in fine dining and high-end hospitality, ideally gained within a Michelin-starred restaurant, luxury hotel, premium events environment or a strong wine-led operation.
