You will play a critical role in guiding complex tax advisory and transaction projects. Working alongside experienced partners and directors, you will provide tailored tax advice to a diverse client base involved in high-value corporate transactions.Key Responsibilities:Leading tax structuring and due diligence for M&A activities, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.Managing and delivering technical advisory reports and supporting post-sale integration and group rationalisation exercises.Driving the development and delivery of innovative tax solutions to enhance client outcomes and firm growth.Collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance team to deliver integrated client solutions that set the firm apart in the marketplace.This is a team where you don’t have to work long hours in order to advance and prosper. A promotion path to director is very much a real option.
