Kit Assembly Technician

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend
Pay: £13.36 per hour
Shifts: 08:00 -16:00 , Monday - Friday

Contract: Temporary, with potential for extension

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard duties such as set up/set down and general running of the production lines, and following / Completing Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Topping up of all consumables required within Kit Assembly.
• Ensure GMP is followed, attention to detail is the key to success whilst following SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitoring hourly performance, catalogue the information and adhere to reaction/escalation plans.
• General housekeeping of area including the removal of waste during / end of shift.

Qualifications

• GCSE-level Maths & English (C+ or equivalent)
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (desirable)
• Good attention to detail and a strong quality focus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
• Basic computer skills, including data entry (Excel is a plus)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and overtime
