Electrical Project Manager Kent / South East London £65,000 - £70,000 per year + Vehicle Allowance + Bonus + Progression + Holiday + Pension A well-established, family-run electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a smaller business where no two days are the same, and everyone pulls together to get projects delivered successfully. You’ll take ownership of multiple electrical projects at once, typically managing around 3 live jobs with the largest project valued at approximately £500k. This role would suit someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, and happy to wear a few hats whilst helping support the continued growth of the business. The company delivers a range of electrical projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors, with a strong reputation for quality and repeat business. The Role - Manage and oversee multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion - Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities across 3 live projects - Attend client and site meetings, maintaining strong working relationships throughout - Assist with project planning, procurement, and programme management - Manage project budgets, variations, and commercial reporting - Prepare RAMS and ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to The Person - Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial or industrial projects - Comfortable working within a smaller business environment and taking ownership - Hands-on and adaptable attitude with a willingness to muck in where needed - Commercially aware with experience managing project costs and programmes - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously The Opportunity - £65,000 - £75,000 per year - Vehicle allowance - Bonus scheme - Long-term progression within a growing family-run business - Supportive and close-knit working environment - Autonomy and responsibility with the chance to genuinely make an impact - Manage varied projects typically ranging from £50k - £500k For immediate consideration, please contact Tom Jeffries quoting TJEL002.
