EssentialAn experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years leadership experience.Experience supervising nursing or care staff. Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD). Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve). Computer literate. Willingness to undertake further clinical, leadership and management training. Experience managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment.DesirableExperience within an Acute Ward setting.
