Class 2 Drivers

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers in and around Watton. Main responsibilities will include: Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job Undertake all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal Use in-cab technology and mobile devices as directed Complete relevant paperwork in real time Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after use Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles. Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public and other motor users Willingness to help refuse loaders while on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreement What you'll need to succeed Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points) Driver CPC Good communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits Holiday accrual- which can be paid out at any time Gain valuable experience working for a reputable company Weekly Pay ASAP starts available Pension Scheme Overtime & Shift Premiums availableThe hours for the role are Monday - Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm.
