Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support across a range of client environments
- Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues both remotely and on-site
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with vendors and third-party providers where required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP/VAR environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across multiple technologies and client environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
