This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the forefront of high-voltage testing and performance validation, ensuring globally deployed equipment meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. 🔧 The Role As a Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the acceptance testing and validation of high-power electrical drive units and associated systems. You will: * Carry out high-voltage testing (up to 13.8kV / multi-megawatt systems) * Monitor, capture, and analyse test data against defined engineering standards * Produce high-quality test reports and ensure timely documentation * Support the development and improvement of data acquisition and control systems * Ensure all testing activities meet strict safety and compliance requirements * Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, problem solving) ⚙️ What We’re Looking For Essential: * Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or similar) * Experience working with high-voltage equipment and test environments * Familiarity with large-scale power systems or industrial testing setups * Strong understanding of test procedures, quality plans, and safety protocols This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment and wants to work on high-impact, complex engineering systems used worldwide
