Aspire People are recruiting confident and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to work with pupils across primary school settings.

This role is ideal for candidates who can build positive relationships with children, support emotional regulation and help pupils engage with learning. We welcome applications from people with a range of relevant backgrounds, including school-based behaviour support, youth work, mentoring and other SEND support roles.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils who experience behavioural or emotional difficulties
- Building positive, consistent relationships with children
- Encouraging emotional regulation and appropriate behaviour
- Helping pupils engage with classroom activities and school routines
- Supporting individual behaviour strategies and agreed intervention plans
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
- Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and social skills
- Working alongside teachers and pastoral or SEND teams

Essential Requirements:
- Relevant UK-based school or comparable child-focused support experience within the last two years
- Practical experience supporting children or young people with behavioural, emotional or additional needs
