Job summaryExperienced Clinical PharmacistWestbury Group Practice is a forward-thinking, patient-focused GP practice committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to our local community. We are a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and improving patient outcomes.We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our established clinical team and help shape the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred prescribing services.The RoleAs a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting the management of long-term conditions, medication optimisation, structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation.
